I purchased a Mercedes suv from Gravity in Roswell. They sell a slew of luxury vehicles from Benz to Bentley’s. I started the shopping process online then with a phone call. The finance manager throughly explained the process to me that made me come in to see the vehicle. The buying process is smooth for well qualified buyers, and my interaction with everyone was friendly. My sales agent Don was always reachable and even though they didn’t have a Lyft/Uber account they still got my car delivered to me which I appreciated.

Let me be the first to tell you I don’t like buying vehicles. I don’t like to be pressured, and I don’t like games, which is generally how most car shopping experiences have been for me. I was browsing for a new Yukon and a new truck. Gravity had a Yukon in a color I hadn’t seen much before so I called to inquire and get some details. Wasn’t sure if I would buy it, but the color intrigued me. Marco helped me, texted some pics and videos, did a FaceTime call and I loved it. Color was beautiful and it’s and ultimate, which is what I wanted. Marco was awesome. Not pushy, just helpful and easy to deal with. I told Marco I wanted to get rid of my Jeep Gladiator for a Sierra Denali. 15 minutes later, Gravity gave me a strong offer for the gladiator and Marco texted me photos of a fresh, almost new Sierra Denali. Then Marco got me in touch with Alan, who put the deal together, gave me a fair offer on the jeep, excellent finance terms on the two purchases, and gave me very fair out-the-door numbers on the Yukon and Sierra. It all seemed too easy. I was looking for the bad news. It never came. Instead, what came was a car delivery company with my two new GMC’s and take away the Jeep. Three easy transactions with a not so easy buyer (me), but Marco and Alan were top notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again. The car experience usually sucks but this group came through for me.
