I can say without exaggeration that Gravity Autos Roswell was hands down the absolute best auto purchasing experience I've ever had. Yaz was my sales person. From the time we first texted and talked on the phone all the way up until we finally met in person, he was kind, cordial, and had the most benign disposition. Yaz truly went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as could be. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns with the utmost professionalism. There was actually an error dealing with my credit but Yaz along with his impeccable staff handled the situation with no problem whatsoever. I never felt rushed or pressured to do anything or go along with anything I wasn't comfortable with. Yaz really worked with me to get me the best deal possible at a rate that fit my budget. Usually purchasing a vehicle is a long drawn out process. But not at Gravity Autos. The entire process was actually the quickest I've ever experienced even with all the paperwork I had to sign and them going over everything thoroughly. I don't know how they made the process so fast and easy but they did. Yaz and his staff kept me laughing the entire time. It was the first time I actually had fun with purchasing a vehicle. I traveled all the way from Alabama to Georgia to buy a car from Gravity Autos and it was well worth the trip. I can't say enough good things about Yaz. I also can't stress enough just how wonderful my experience was dealing with him and Gravity Autos as a whole. Give them a try. I promise you will not be disappointed!!!
