Josh was an awesome sales man. This experience has completely changed my view of gravity autos. I have always bought vehicles from name brand dealerships and had unjustified ignorance against used car lots. But at least Gravity roswell is better managed with better used vehicles and prices than any brand out there. Price was right, worked with us on trade and apr. Also any detail on the car not perfect was not a fight it was “it will be fix no worries” thanks Josh and the sales team.

I will be back to purchase another vehicle. Good customer service no rush. I was denied at first. Yaz Did everything in his power to get me approved? And it was the car I wanna Plus, the process was very easy and fast. Make sure my car was cleaned. My car is perfectly fine No issues. I Recommend Gravity autos on Roswell I really love this place. They lot have very nice cars too.

What an impressive operation for used luxury vehicle sales. The entire experience from internet to driveway was positive and no pressure. Very good experience overall. The staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process. The dealership was clean and well kept, and the vehicles were in great shape and presented well. Everything was straightforward and I never felt pressured.

I’m always skeptical when buying a car out of town but my vehicle was as described on the internet and they worked w/ me to get a deal done where we were both satisfied! It’s been 4 months, with only 1 minor issue that the extended warranty I purchased took care of. Thanks MOE for all your help.
