Went here today after seeing a car they advertised on cars.com. The car was exactly what was advertised. The staff is great! I called the dealership after seeing the listing and spoke to Sam! He said to come in by and he would take care of us! He did exactly that! Very friendly, personable, and a deal closer! Worked with Allan on the financing and it was a breeze, in and out with a few jokes in between. Would highly recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a good car!

I have had my car for 10 years and I was torn with having to actually let it go (it was well over due). Yaz at gravity auto was incredibly patient and understanding. He didn't try to push for a sale or rush me. He allowed me time to think and grieve and finally let go of my old car into my dream car!! I had lots of questions and he provided me with honest answers. He was available for nay questions or concerns i had. The process was smooth like butter. Yaz was spot on and honored everything. Exceptional experience. I found Gravity through an online search for a used Bentley. Yaz contacted me right away and we made arrangements to meet the following day. The entire staff was courteous and seemed genuinely happy to be there, but Yaz was on another level. It's great to meet a fellow auto enthusiast. He fixed any concern I had on the spot. I drove this Flying Spur from Georgia back to Washington with no issues. And a special mention to the owner, Danny, for offering not only to ship the vehicle, but to contact him directly should anything go wrong on the trip. 5/5 would buy from them again.

I had a great experience with Gravity Auto Sales in Roswell. Allen, my salesman, was very kind, patient, and professional. He did all he could to make sure that I was satisfied with the entire buying process. Unfortunately, I decided to delay making a purchase to a future date. Despite my decision, Allen continued to display kindness and understanding. Although now is not the time for me to make a purchase, I look forward to working with Allen and Gravity Auto of Roswell in the future.

I’ve worked with a lot of salespeople over the years, but Yaz at Gravity Autos Roswell is in a different league. I’ve personally bought three cars from him, and every single time he made the process effortless.
