I spent three months searching for a new car. I visited over 12 dealerships and had a very specific vehicle in mind. Gravity Autos in Roswell was one of my early stops, and I am so glad I came back. He was incredibly patient, communicative, and knowledgeable right from the start. Don took the time to send me pictures of the specific vehicle I wanted and educated me on all the options—not just about the cars, but also helping me secure better financing options. That alone saved me a ton of time and money. The entire team was awesome—not overly aggressive or dismissive, just genuinely helpful and easy to deal with. Sam was very patient and took the time to go over several vehicles with me. Both Sam and Don had extensive knowledge of the vehicle I was searching for, which reduced the stress of the search significantly. Every time I returned, the team continued to impress me. Yaz was amazing to work with—very responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. When I came in to pick up the car in person, it was ready to go and in excellent condition with no surprises. The whole experience felt professional and stress-free, and I would definitely recommend asking for Yaz if you’re shopping there!
