After visiting multiple dealerships, DC and Tory at Gravity Autos Roswell were the only ones who truly worked with me to make a deal happen on a 2020 BMW X5. They were patient, transparent, and never made me feel pressured. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything and helped make the process simple. I really appreciate their professionalism and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I just purchased my fourth auto from Gravity and I must report that this recent purchase was by far the best I've ever experienced at any car dealership. MOE assisted me and provided immeasurable guidance and assistance. He was amenable to all requests I made to ensure I left with a product consistent with Gravity's high standards. Thanks MOE! The auto I purchased suffered from deficiencies that were recognized within days of the purchase. Requests were made but to no avail. That is until Danny became involved. I have appreciated the proprietor's (Danny), recognition of this flawed attempt to provide quality customer service and his commitment to mitigate this issue and Iam satisfied with his timely redress. He provided me with an exceptional opportunity and for this I'm grateful. I will recommend others to his establishment. My experience was topped off with the very helpful assistance of Jonathan.
