Recently moved back to Roswell and needed another car. My wife wanted a 4Runner but I always loved the Audi SQ5. I went to see Sam at Gravity Roswell as they had the style, model and color I wanted. After a few hours and deals back and forth with Sam and Alan the manager, we came to a deal that I was happy with. Sam was great and has actually become a friend. They have a great selection in cars and I’m super happy so far. Just awaiting a few of the additions we agreed on and I’ll be very happy. Thanks again Sam. You’re great and thanks again Gravity. Here’s hoping my Audi has a long and happy future. Looks great in the garage and sounds awesome.

Most perfect and smooth purchase imaginable. Just recently bought a bmw m4 from gravity auto. Experience was absolutely amazing. Asked for pictures and videos. Sent them every step of the way. I currently live in FL and got the vehicle delivered. Got the paperwork sign and delivered within the next few days. Will definitely buy another vehicle from gravity auto. The best car buying experience yaz was my car salesman, he explained everything I had doubts on and answered all my questions, he made me feel like family very welcoming and respectful. I bought a car from Sam at gravity cars. He was great not pushy. Gave us time to make decisions when I asked for VIN numbers he texted me even an off hours. It was great to work with him and one of the finance managers. I did a lot of things over the phone and through text. They were all great. We got a great car for a great price very pleased. Sam was very helpful. We appreciate everything you guys did for me.

Unlike many dealerships that have a bad reputation, this one sets the example of being the best. I wasn't swarmed by salesmen desperate for a sale which was nice. I was greeted with a smile and a firm handshake. His name was Yaz. I told him I was here for the Genesis GV80. We went through he test drive motions, pricing and such. I reserved the vehicle because I liked it that much. The next day I found I came in and spoke with Yaz and told them I found similar one with the color I wanted, less mileage and cheaper. Yaz suggested I go see the vehicle first and not purchase this one today. The next day, I didn't look at the other vehicle after I found out it had been sitting on the lot for 5 months. I preferred this dealership overall just with respect and knowledge they showed me. They earned my business. Ricardoand his team were amazing through the entire process. I'll be returning here for my next vehicle purchase in the future.

First time buying a car from out of state and Hasan made it very easy. Quick, friendly and painless. The car is currently being shipped cross-country and I don’t anticipate any issues with delivery.
