I put in an application and within 30 minutes or less Waleed was there to assist me with finding my new car. He was very professional and responsive. He made me feel like family. I was very pleased with my Benz. Go to Gravity Auto!! Everyone there is very nice and welcoming but ASK for Waleed. 🤗

Waleed was very patient and caring making sure all of my questions were answered. He also, made sure all of my concerns regarding the vehicle were repaired, they were minor things but they were important to me. He is a true professional, ask for him when you visit, he will make sure you leave with happy.

Waleed is the best salesman ever, 2nd to none very patient and understanding, he and Allen helped me get this newly used 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Lerado with only 94k miles for only $1500 down! I still can’t believe the amazing deal he helped me get…thank God for Gravity auto Roswell. I finally have wheels. Mission accomplished!

Wow. Where do I start? Sam and Ricardo were excellent. I appreciate their patience with me. The communication was phenomenal throughout the entire process. I cannot thank them enough for patiently assisting me with the purchase of my dream car. Ricardo did not ignore any concerns I had with financing and was able to get me a better deal altogether.
